Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Construction Field Project Manager to oversee on-site execution of residential and commercial reconstruction projects after water, fire or mold losses. You will hire/subcontract, source materials, manage budgets, permits, safety, and keep clients and teams informed.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years as a construction PM, strong communication, and proficiency with construction software. This on-site role offers competitive compensation and advancement opportunities within the

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a construction project manager or similar role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with desktop and mobile software in the construction industry.
• Prior experience with DASH software is a plus.
• Prior experience in the Restoration Industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Create a scope of work after a loss to restore property to pre-loss condition.
• Hire and manage subcontractors for carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other tasks.
• Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Apply for permits and coordinate inspections.
• Provide written updates with pictures during or after project visits.
• Manage subcontractor and material expenses to stay within budget.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and internal teams.
