Job summary

MSCCN is seeking a Receiving Specialist to manage receipt, storage, and verification of inventory in our Fort Worth warehouse. You will ensure dock receipts align with purchase orders, support cycle counts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and the ability to operate forklift and warehouse software, with daily on-site duties and occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• 5 years receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in documentation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Offloads and processes dock receipts for all inventory locations, confirming packing list and MTRs.
• Ensure all incoming material conforms to Purchase Order and packing list.
• Resolve receiving issues with buying authorities and accounting.
• Direct all shipping, receiving and inventory issues to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain complete and accurate inventory records and logs.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of operating systems related to inventory handling.
• Expedite incoming material and parts requests.
• Stock warehouse parts accurately and keep areas organized.
• Perform daily cycle counts as assigned.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and related tools effectively.
• Maintain safety and environmental policies and PPE compliance.
