Inventory Control Specialist – On-Site Day Shift

Job summary

ACR is seeking an Inventory Specialist for our Fort Worth, TX site. This on-site role reports to the 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm) and focuses on accurate stock, safe operations, and reliable transactions across the facility.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, audits, data maintenance in the WMS, and collaboration with Quality on quarantines and traceability. A minimum of 1 year warehouse experience with inventory counting is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience with inventory counting
• Experience working in a multi-customer, multi-product environment (preferred)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory counts and record results in the system and reports
• Develop and maintain cycle counting program for the site
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and identify root causes
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain certifications
• Maintain master data for WMS and reporting
• Assist Quality Team with quarantines and traceability exercises and events
