Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Proven leadership of people, technical and resource management, mentoring, coaching and communication.
• Experience managing personnel in a technical environment with multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, supervision, and guidance of receiving inspection team to align with customer requirements and quality policy.
• Collaborate with management for planning, execution, and oversight of process improvements and initiatives.
• Lead the receiving inspection team to improve performance and cost, deploying Six Sigma tools.
• Provide employee performance management, coaching, and career development.
