Job summary

RiverTech, an Akima company, is seeking a Project Manager to support the Facilities Management Division for USCIS real property, space acquisition, renovations, and lease issues. You will manage schedules, budgets, and reporting for complex projects and coordinate with government and private entities.

The role requires at least 5 years of PM experience, strong security systems knowledge, and the ability to develop and present ad hoc reports using MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience managing moderately complex projects and monitoring scope, schedule and budget.
• Ability to develop schedules and milestones and forecast status.
• Familiarity with electronic security systems and related drawings.
• Proficient in producing project reports with MS Project/Visio/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day activities for a moderately complex Technical or non-Technical project.
• Administrative/operational leadership of a project within program guidelines.
• Monitors project to ensure defined scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinates with resource managers and ensuresReviews/approvals are received.
• Supports Senior Project Manager on FAC USCIS-related projects and planning/execution.
• Prepares project documents and status reports, budget projections.
• Provides Change Control for coordinated product/service changes.
• May conduct performance/project analyses for future projects.
• Administers departmental policies and assists with strategic plans.
