Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Project Manager to develop acquisition schedules, project plans, and conduct market research, while independently managing day-to-day interactions with current and prospective clients and delivering components of client engagements.

You will interact with decision makers, participate in proposal development, and lead teams in requirements, design, and process implementation for federal IT acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Federal Financial Systems.
• Experience with a Shared Service Provider.
• Experience with an IT acquisition program.
• 5+ years in a support role of a Federal Government Agency Acquisition PMO.
• 5+ years developing and writing documentation (ORDs, CONOPS, AAs, ILSPs, APBs, CDPs, TEMPs, PMP's).
• 5+ years developing, maintaining and updating MS Project schedules.
• 3+ years providing risk management for a DHS IT acquisition program.

• Independently deliver components of client engagements.
• Support contact with decision makers at clients; participate and aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development.
  As a Project Manager you will bring considerable technical expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients
• Manage day to day interactions with executive clients.
• Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology, process, and creative business solutions for large organizations.
• Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; lead aspects of the proposal development process; development of proposal pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Experience with Federal Financial Systems.
• Experience working with a Shared Service Provider.
• Experience with an IT acquisition program.
• A minimum of 5 years experience working in support role of a Federal Government Agency Acquisition PMO.
• At least 5 years of experience developing and writing documentation as required by the MSAM/NMAP including but not limited to ORDs, CONOPS, AAs, ILSPs, APBs, CDPs, TEMPs, PMP's.
• At least 5 years of experience developing, maintaining and updating Microsoft Project (or equivalent) schedules.
• At least 3 years of experience developing, updating and maintaining QPR/MPR/APMS/nPRS reports (or equivalent) for a DHS (or equivalent) Level I or II IT acquisition program.
• At least 3 years of experience providing risk management support for a DHS (or equivalent) Level I or II IT acquisition program.

Education:

• Bachelor degree in a Business or Technical discipline preferred. STPs, and PMPs.
  Required:
• 10 years of experience providing professional services. (Advance Degree and/or Certifications can contribute towards experience requirement.
• Prior management experience in client delivery
• Travel as required.
