Network Rail is collaborating with Tended to deploy safety tech on-site across the Sussex region. The Implementation Lead will guide client deployments, train track workers, and work closely with project managers to ensure a seamless rollout of geofencing safety systems on site.

You will be on-site for most deployment activities, coordinating with depot teams, with occasional remote/office time. Applicants should have rail field experience and a Personal Track Safety qualification or be able to

Qualifications

• Experience as ES/ESA/COSS, Site Agent or comparable on-site leadership in railway or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence site teams and users.
• Comfortable with technology; able to coach users on-site.
