Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with operators, technicians, or hourly staff.
• Experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Health and Safety awareness.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Assertive, able to cope with pressure; team player.
• Proactive approach to issues.
• Fluent in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site quality control and QA activities.
• Lead inspections during production and address issues.
• Provide training on QC procedures and equipment usage.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Enforce safety guidelines and conduct risk assessments.
• Monitor performance of quality team members and report progress.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve issues.
• Document inspection results and production records for audits.
• Manage technician attendance, leave, and work behavior.
