Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in solar EPC or utility-scale construction quality control.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and QA/QC protocols.
• Ability to travel frequently and work independently in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Travel to active solar project sites within the region to perform random sampling inspections at defined intervals.
• Evaluate installation and process quality across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
• Verify compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards.
• Document discrepancies and non-conforming work; generate NCRs with findings.
• Communicate inspection results to site managers and subcontractors; support corrective actions.
• Assist in onboarding and training field personnel on quality expectations.
