Job summary

Thales is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor for on-site work in Montgomeryville, PA. You will audit production processes to ensure highest quality, interpret QA procedures, and support continuous improvement on the shop floor.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, knowledge of QA concepts, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Bachelor’s degree preferred; schedule may include nights/weekends for major projects.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities are required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Audit and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with ISO/ CQM standards.
• Perform process and internal QA audits across workshops.
• Generate non-conformance reports and communicate findings to QA manager.
• Provide feedback and support to production on inspection and segregation of non-conforming product.
• Use data-driven methods to identify areas for improvement and drive changes.
