You’ll evaluate incoming glass from our Richmond, KY facility and partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality systems and processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to preventing defects, while aligning with IATF 16949:2016 standards and company quality

Qualifications

• Experience implementing quality systems in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 standards.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Champion quality, consistency, and process improvement across the float glass manufacturing process.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control systems per industry standards and company requirements.
• Identify areas for process optimization and implement corrective actions to prevent defects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive improvement.
• Minimal travel is required.
