Job summary

You will identify defects, investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and train the QC team to uphold stringent quality standards across finishing operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing with a focus on quality control.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specs.
• Experience training and guiding others on quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control throughout electroplating and finishing processes.
• Identify plating defects and determine root causes.
• Monitor quality trends to improve consistency and reduce rework.
• Investigate customer complaints and resolve concerns.
• Develop and refine written quality control procedures.
• Establish inspection criteria, standards, and testing protocols.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Lead and support quality control team on the factory floor.
• Collaborate with production managers to address quality concerns.
• Train employees on quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Support interviewing and onboarding, guiding performance challenges.
