Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing quality leadership experience; minimum 3 years in plant quality management.
• Strong expertise in GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, environmental monitoring, SPC, and process controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site quality and food safety agenda from raw materials through finished product release.
• Maintain daily presence on the production floor to verify standards and coach behaviors.
• Set clear expectations for GMPs, food safety, sanitation, allergen control, foreign material prevention, and product quality.
