Job summary

Ecoplastic America Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Specialist in Register, GA to ensure product quality across molding, painting, and assembly stages. You will perform document prep, ISIR generation, and coordinate customer testing to verify quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and bilingual Korean/English communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and inspection processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards is a plus.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management plans to guide quality assurance processes.
• Develop inspection standards to maintain product quality.
• Generate ISIRs for 4M change situations.
• Coordinate regular testing with customers to validate quality.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure measuring and testing equipment is calibrated and maintained.
• Conduct import inspections for resin and paint materials.
• For molding: measure moisture after drying resin and inspect product quality.
• For painting: measure coating thickness and ensure adherence to standards.
• For assembly: inspect finished products and release those meeting quality criteria.
