Job summary

Ecoplastic America Corporation is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the Register, GA site. The role oversees daily quality control activities across injection molding and painting stages, ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• 5 years in quality control within automotive manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes.
• Effective problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
• Ability to work on-site and manage quality activities across production stages.

Responsibilities

• Quality control oversight for injection molding and painting at all stages.
• Ensure adherence to quality management and execution systems.
• Manage raw material properties and set quality limits for molding/painting samples.
• ISIR inspections and regular inspections during mass production.
• Oversee evaluation of PLT samples and manage paint quality metrics.
• Support testing setup and needs for U.S. subsidiary.
• Process and Equipment: supervise torque checks, tool calibration, weld tests, Vision NG Masters.
• Inspect cross-contamination prevention systems.
• Verify packaging specifications and implement incoming inspection procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain; maintain documentation.
