Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced On Site Construction QA/QC Project Manager to lead and oversee construction activities and review the quality aspects of complex construction/renovation projects in northern Vermont.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellent project delivery, particularly in quality assurance, quality control, and on-site project management within the construction industry.

Qualifications

• US citizen or green card holder.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field (or 10 years of related experience).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience; more if shown in lieu of degree.
• OSHA 30, CCM, or PMP certifications preferred.
• Proven experience with QA/QC plans and safety programs on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities, coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
• Manage contracts, budgets and cost alignment with schedules.
• Develop detailed project plans, scopes, timelines and resources.
• Ensure health and safety compliance through site inspections and audits.
• Identify, track and mitigate quality, safety, and environmental issues.
• Coordinate RFI/submittal process and document progress meetings.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors and vendors.
