Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced On Site Construction QA/QC Project Manager to lead and oversee construction activities and review quality aspects of complex projects in northern Vermont. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in QA/QC, safety, and on-site project management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities include coordinating internal teams, managing contracts and budgets, developing detailed project plans, ensuring health and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years' experience in the above disciplines may be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Preferred certifications include OSHA 30, CCM, or PMP.
• Experience implementing and monitoring construction projects with QA/QC plans and/or contractor site safety plans.
• Excellent time management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support internal teams and stakeholders, overseeing construction efforts and progress reporting.
• Manage contracts and budgets, ensuring alignment with cost budgets.
• Develop and coordinate detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations through regular site inspections and audits.
• Identify and address quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
• Proactively manage construction risks and coordinate GC actions on risk.
• Review drawings for constructability and provide input during early project phases.
