Job summary

Riot Platforms, Inc. in Rockdale, TX is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Team member to operate pumps, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment in a data center environment. You will report to the Mechanical Maintenance Assistant Supervisor and work 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with facilities and electrical teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma and HVAC/chiller experience, with EPA certification preferred;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC or chiller experience preferred; EPA certification is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain equipment standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate centrifugal, diaphragm, and other pump types and perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pump systems, chillers, and related HVAC equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and any incidents clearly and promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Respond quickly to emergencies affecting pump systems and maintain safety protocols.
