Riot Platforms Inc. in Rockdale, TX is seeking a Site Maintenance Crew Member to maintain site equipment, vehicles, and facility systems, focusing on mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site upkeep.

The role requires experience with lawn mowers, ATVs/UTVs, generators, and heavy equipment; shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; on-site only; the ideal candidate will work with the maintenance team to ensure safety and reliability of operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical or maintenance experience with small engines, vehicles, equipment, or industrial machinery.
• Strong knowledge of lawn mowers, generators, ATVs/UTVs, and heavy equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Safety-focused with OSHA-aligned practices.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic repairs on site equipment, vehicles, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain and service lawn mowers, weed eaters, generators, ATVs, UTVs, scissor lifts and other small engine equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance and upkeep on fleet vehicles and heavy-duty equipment, including inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine repair needs.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify safety concerns and maintenance needs.
• Keep all equipment and tools in good, safe working condition.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter changes, lubrication, and battery maintenance.
• Assist with repairs, installations, upgrades, and larger maintenance projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and communicate needs to supervisors.
• Keep a clean, organized maintenance area and proper tool storage.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies when operating equipment.
• Coordinate repairs with maintenance team and contractors.
