Hebrew SeniorLife is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to implement individualized programs under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists, helping patients increase independence and function within a compassionate, team-based care setting.

You will collaborate with the rehabilitation staff, document care in the electronic medical record, participate in meetings, and support quality improvement initiatives while maintaining patient dignity.

Qualificações

• Under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, carry out established plan of care.
• Maintain timely documentation of patient care and education.
• Communicate changes in patient status to the PT promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized treatment plans as defined by the PT.
• Provide PT treatments and assist the PT during tests, evaluations and complex procedures.
• Organize and facilitate treatment activities with the rehab team.
