Hebrew Senior Life seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to implement and deliver customized physical therapy treatment under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities include following established plans, documenting care, and collaborating with the rehabilitation team to optimize patient outcomes. This on-site role requires MA PTA licensure and supports the mission of Hebrew Senior Life.

Formación

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant MA Licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized treatment plans as defined by the primary PT.
• Provide physical therapy treatments.
• Assist the PT during tests, evaluations and complex procedures.
• Organize and facilitate treatment groups with PT input.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to tailor programs per client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and units of service.
• Attend meetings as a PT representative and rotate staffing as needed.
• Adhere to policies and participate in quality improvement.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
