Qualifications

• Seven years of property management experience
• Vendor management across a portfolio
• Budgeting and financial forecasting for properties
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
• Experience leading initiatives and teams
• Collaboration across HR, IT, Finance and external vendors
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets for assigned properties.
• Create and execute asset management plans aligned with market strategies.
• Plan and implement asset preservation projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with area leadership and partners.
• Deliver property management services per defined standards and processes.
• Inspect properties to identify deficiencies and plan improvements.
• Support special initiatives and proactively manage service providers.
• Manage lease agreements (internal and external).
• Participate in disaster preparedness and recovery efforts.
• Provide professional and superior service.
