Job summary

West Side Federation for Senior & Supportive Housing (WSFSSH) is seeking a Property Manager to lead on-site operations, supervise staff, and ensure safe, compliant, and affordable housing for residents. You will work with social services to maintain stable housing and manage budgetary responsibilities.

Responsibilities include supervising a diverse team, coordinating with facilities and programs, maintaining records, and ensuring fire safety and licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating with multiple departments.
• Familiarity with property management software (RealPage/Yardi) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, administrative and compliance staff. Ensure building operations within budget.
• Coordinate with social services to support residents and ensure compliance with housing programs.
• Maintain records, conduct bi-annual inspections, and ensure safety and licensing compliance.
• Oversee lease-up, move-ins/outs, and rent changes in accordance with policies.
• Monitor budget adherence and coordinate with Finance for annual operating plan.
• Ensure compliance with all contracted agencies and regulatory requirements.
