Job summary

The West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc. (WSFSSH) is seeking a Property Manager II to oversee on-site operations at Borinquen Court in Bronx, NY.

This full-time role focuses on safe building operations, staff supervision, and budget adherence to keep residents stably housed. You will collaborate with social services to resolve resident issues, manage leases and vacancy, and ensure compliance with city and HUD programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and managing housing operations.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and related housing subsidies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead building operations with the Assistant Property Manager and supervise staff.
• Maintain safe building operations and compliance with all licenses and certificates.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service orders; track progress and document activities.
• Ensure fire safety compliance and conduct drills as required.
• Oversee tenant intake, leases, and vacancy management.
• Coordinate with social services to support residents and address grievances.
• Monitor budgets, rent collection, and reporting within agency standards.
