Job summary

AKAM is seeking an On-Site Property Manager to oversee a hi-rise condominium in Hillsboro Beach, FL. You will supervise daily operations, ensure resident satisfaction, maintain compliance with regulations, and provide board updates.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of property management experience, a licensed CAM, and hands-on proficiency with BuildingLink, Yardi, Avid, Smartweb and MS Office. On-call duties and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years proven experience in property management, hi-rise residential settings.
• Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM).
• Extensive experience with BuildingLink, Yardi, Avid, Smartweb, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
• Enforce rules and regulations and ensure resident compliance.
• Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations; coordinate with staff and contractors.
