Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management seeks a Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio and ensure tenants have the best rental experience. You will manage leasing, maintenance, and screening to meet rental requirements and drive occupancy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Experience with MS Excel and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property managers to ensure leasing, maintenance, compliance, contracts, collections, screening, onboarding, evictions, renovations, and facility services.
• Directly oversees contractor relationships for renovations and budgeting.
• Tracks CAPEX spend for projects.
• Collaborates with Maintenance Manager to resolve work orders promptly.
• Ensures units are 100% ready for move-in with checklists and site visits.
• Oversees rent roll to drive occupancy and reduce delinquencies.
• Analyzes reporting in company software to increase efficiencies and identify issues.
• Oversees marketing for each property in line with company standards.
