Job summary

Trion Properties, Inc. is seeking a proactive Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a Charleston, SC multifamily community. You will optimize occupancy, supervise onsite staff, manage leasing, rent collection, and vendor partnerships.

You will review budgets and financial reports, coordinate maintenance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional resident service. This role demands on-site presence with after-hours responsiveness and a focus on strong

Qualifications

• Experience with leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Strong resident relations and conflict resolution abilities.
• Coordination of maintenance, inspections, and safety/compliance.
• Leadership experience supervising onsite staff and driving teamwork.
• Proficiency with property management software and basic financial analysis.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and local landlord-tenant regulations.
• Multifamily property management experience preferred; value-add renovation experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or real estate is beneficial.
• On-site work in Charleston, SC with after-hours availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activities and occupancy targets.
• Monitor rent collection and budget performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor relations, and safety compliance.
