This on-site role requires a real estate license within six months of hire, 3+ years in commercial property management with budgeting and CAM experience, and proficiency in Yardi, MRI, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field.
• Real estate license required within six months of hire.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with tenant relations.
• 3+ years of budgeting, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensure optimal performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor management to maintain high standards.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and market analyses for property owners.
• Manage lease administration processes including renewals, amendments, and TI coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
