Job summary

Qualifications

• Position prefers 2 years of on-site property management experience and tax credit experience preferred.
• 1 year as Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and maximize occupancy.
• Train and supervise office staff on daily tasks and procedures.
• Ensure rent and late fees are collected and posted in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/outs, and related documentation.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications, scheduling, and insurance certificates.
• Enter leases and paperwork into the on-site rental system accurately and promptly.
• Submit required reports to corporate on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Oversee maintenance, safety programs, and ensure timely repairs and inspections.
