Job summary

Mashcole Property Management Inc in Burbank, CA is seeking an On-Site Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a multifamily community. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, organization, and exceptional resident service to maintain property appearance and occupancy.

This on-site, part-time role offers $22.00 per hour for 28 hours per week, with six days on-site (Tuesday–Sunday). On-site housing is available at 1/3 off FMV; prior Yardi knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in on-site property management.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of tax credit regulations is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and maximize occupancy.
• Oversee financials: rent collection, bank deposits, and reporting.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and market surveys.
• Supervise office staff and maintain property appearance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and safety.
• Handle vendor communications and maintenance scheduling.
