Job summary

Belmont Properties in Weston, WV is seeking an organized, friendly On-Site Property Manager to support residents and manage leasing, rent collection, certifications, and tenant events. You will help keep properties running smoothly and create a welcoming community.

The ideal candidate has experience with USDA Rural Development properties or RD compliance, strong communication and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with RD compliance regulations, certifications, and forms (3560, MINC).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional affordable housing training is a plus.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Belmont Properties is currently searching for an organized, friendly, and passionate On-Site Property Manager to make a real impact on helping the community.

Founded in 1987, we have a longstanding tradition of providing affordable housing without compromise. We are currently managing 52 properties across four states with dedication to both our residents and the communities we serve.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing a USDA Rural Development (RD) property is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of RD compliance regulations, certifications, and forms (e.g., 3560, MINC submissions)
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in affordable housing a plus)
• Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience using Yardi Breeze or other property management software preferred
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
