Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a USDA Rural Development (RD) property is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of RD compliance regulations, certifications, and forms (e.g., 3560, MINC submissions).
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in affordable housing a plus).
• Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience using Yardi Breeze or other property management software preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Belmont Properties is currently searching for an organized, friendly, and passionate On-Site Property Manager to make a real impact on helping the community.

Founded in 1987, we have a longstanding tradition of providing affordable housing without compromise. We are currently managing 52 properties across four states with dedication to both our residents and the communities we serve.
