Belmont Properties is seeking an organized, friendly On-Site Property Manager to make a real impact on the communities we serve. Founded in 1987, Belmont manages 52 properties across four states, with a mission to provide affordable housing without compromise and to support residents with outstanding service.

This full-time role handles leasing, rent collection, certifications and tenant events, while delivering professional, compassionate resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; affordable housing training a plus.
• Experience with leasing, rent collection, and certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with RD compliance forms (e.g., 3560) is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

On-Site Property Manager

Belmont Properties is currently searching for an organized, friendly, and passionate On-Site Property Manager to make a real impact on helping the community.

Founded in 1987, we have a longstanding tradition of providing affordable housing without compromise. We are currently managing 52 properties across four states with dedication to both our residents and the communities we serve.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing a USDA Rural Development (RD) property is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of RD compliance regulations, certifications, and forms (e.g., 3560, MINC submissions)
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in affordable housing a plus)
• Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience using Yardi Breeze or other property management software preferred
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
