The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, travel between sites, and the ability to coordinate with the Community Manager. A valid driver’s license and some experience in related trades are essential.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years related experience in trades such as electrical, plumbing or painting.
• Associate degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain building interiors and exteriors, including painting, plumbing, janitorial tasks and appliance upkeep.
• Ensure repairs are completed in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Manage maintenance projects up to $300; PM approval needed for larger costs.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on maintenance needs.
• Keep grounds clean, landscaped, and free of debris; maintain fences/walls as needed.
• Inspect and maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and signage as required.
• Prepare and turnover vacant units to rent-ready condition within 5–10 days.
