Job summary

Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to support Owensville Commons & Clermont Villa. This full-time, on-site role covers properties in Owensville and requires at least one year of property maintenance experience with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

You will perform general repairs, maintain curb appeal, and respond promptly to service requests to preserve the community’s assets. A team-focused, customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Possession of - or ability to acquire - commonly used tools such as channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives and mud knives.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform general repair and maintenance services.
• Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the property.
