Beasley Mill, Sheltering Arms, Charles Place, & Graham Drive is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join Fairfield Homes, Inc. This full-time, on-site role expects you to handle general repairs, perform routine maintenance, and keep common areas safe and attractive for residents.

You will interact daily with residents, delivering friendly, responsive service. With at least one year in property maintenance, you’ll bring basic plumbing/electrical knowledge and a can-do, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• At least one year of property maintenance or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Possession of or ability to acquire commonly used tools listed above.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform general repair and maintenance services.
• Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property.
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests.
• Help optimize the life and value of the community's physical assets.
