Job summary

Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for Owensville Commons & Clermont Villa in Owensville, OH. This full-time, on-site role supports a safe, comfortable living environment for residents and involves hands-on maintenance and timely service requests.

Qualifications

• At least one year of property maintenance or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Possession of - or ability to acquire - commonly used tools (channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives, mud knives).

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform general repair and maintenance services.
• Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property.
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests.
• Help optimize the life and value of the community's physical assets.
