This full-time, on-site role supports Pleasantville Commons properties with repairs, maintenance, and a strong focus on resident satisfaction. You’ll handle general repairs, maintain safety and curb appeal, and provide excellent service to residents and guests while collaborating with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property maintenance or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform general repair and maintenance services.
• Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property.
