JP Management LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the daily operations of a 78-unit apartment community in Hackensack, NJ. This full-time, onsite position includes responsibilities such as appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of property maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and personal tools. The job offers a competitive salary of $25.00 - $30.00/hr and various benefits, including health and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property maintenance.
• Must have own tools and valid driver's license.
• Availability for emergency calls during weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests from management and tenants.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate apartment turnovers.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Assist with special projects assigned by Supervisor.
