RMG Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Hackensack, NJ. You will maintain property interiors and exteriors, address issues promptly, and help keep tenants satisfied through professional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in apartment maintenance with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repair.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Ensure interior and exterior meet company standards and regulations.
• Respond to maintenance tickets and update residents and office staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Perform preventative maintenance to improve overall property condition.
