Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Technical expertise in building trades.
• Valid driver license or ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.
• Repair and maintain appliances and equipment.
• Prepare units for new residents and turnover work.
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Oversee maintenance budget and vendor contracts with management.
