Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an on-site operations assistant to support leasing and maintenance at a San Antonio apartment community. The role includes showing units, processing applications, and assisting with rent collection and resident relations.

Qualifications include a GED or HS diploma and a valid driver’s license; basic MS Office skills and reliable transportation are required. Weekend availability may be necessary.

Formación

• Valid Driver's License; reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma or GED; 1 year of experience preferred.
• Language skills: read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Math skills: calculate rates, ratios and percentages; interpret basic graphs.
• Reasoning skills: follow written/oral instructions; solve problems with few variables.
• MS Office: basic proficiency; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Process new applications, re-certifications and provide information to compliance department.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Assist property manager in overseeing leasing and maintenance staff.
• Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist manager with rent collection, ledger, deposits and petty cash records; delinquent rents and evictions; curb appeal.
• Assist manager with resident relations and enforcing community rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
