Legacy Partners in Colorado Springs (Aurora area) is seeking a full-time, on-site Property Manager to oversee all phases of apartment community operations. This role reports to the Regional Property Manager and requires Monday–Friday work with on-call emergencies.

You will lead a team, ensure fair housing compliance, manage budgets, and coordinate leasing, resident relations, and safety inspections while preparing performance reports.

Qualifications

• Experience managing apartment communities and teams.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and compliance.
• Experience with financial budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Team Management – Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
• Operations & Compliance – Ensure adherence to policies, fair housing laws, rent collection, leasing, and maintenance.
• Financial Oversight – Manage property budget, expenses, payroll, and leasing performance.
• Marketing & Leasing – Work with Marketing to maximize occupancy through advertising and outreach.
• Resident & Owner Relations – Address resident concerns and manage move-ins/move-outs.
