Responsibilities

• Be available on call for after-hour emergencies.
• Clean and maintain the common areas of the building.
• Keep the complex in repair and cleanliness at all times.
• Pick up paper, garbage, and debris from grounds and parking lots.
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex.
• Clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers.
• Assist with turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing for new residents.
