Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Caretaker in Bloomington, MN to maintain property cleanliness and support on-site operations. This full-time role offers a starting pay of $18.00–$18.50 per hour and requires basic caretaking/cleaning experience.

Responsibilities include standard cleaning tasks, turnover work for apartments, and ensuring common areas are well-kept. You will work as part of a hands-on on-site team, adapting to temperature extremes and weather.

Qualifications

• One year of caretaking or cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds to chest height.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (-20 to 110 degrees), rain or snow.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull and push.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with exceptional service and foster good resident relations.
• Be a valuable part of the effective on-site team.
• Know and adhere to standards of quality cleaning.
• Perform apartment turnover duties within required timeframe.
• Keep all interior and exterior common areas clean daily.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, window cleaning, and spot-wash walls and doors.
• Report malfunctions and damages to supervisor and replace light bulbs.
• Assist with snow removal and outdoor debris cleanup.
• Maintain supply room and stock cleaning materials.
