Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written English communication; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer interactions to ensure high-quality service.
• Perform detailed cleaning of assigned areas (buildings, amenities, clubhouse, restrooms, pools).
• Prepare apartments for resident move-in and supervise vendor work.
• Assist with light maintenance and safe work practices on property.
• Sort and dispose of trash according to safety guidelines.
• Deliver packages and notices to occupied apartments.
