Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Upper Post Flats, a 191-unit community in Fort Snelling, MN. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, maintain occupancy, and ensure customer service excellence.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $20-$22 per hour with 5% bonus eligibility, and opportunities for professional growth. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
