Job summary

Dominium Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for a 183-unit apartment community at 1500 Nicollet in Minneapolis, MN. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations and help maintain occupancy and financial goals.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, with familiarity with Section 8/Section 42 or market-rate properties, and occasional evening/weekend hours. A competitive pay rate is offered with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
