Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple residential exterior projects.
• Experience as expeditor or in logistics roles.
• Ability to take accurate on-site measurements for windows and doors.
• Knowledge of residential exterior remodeling or window/door installation.
• Ability to read construction drawings and manufacturer specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Excellent communication with homeowners, crews and vendors.
• Comfort working on-site and adherence to safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Prior PM or field measuring experience preferred.
