Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 3+ years experience performing construction or major maintenance project management.
• PMP certification within 24 months of entry into the role.
• Ability to manage projects from initiation to close-out on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage projects per scope, schedule, and budget.
• Project Planning: Develop plans with resources, milestones, risk assessments, and costs.
• Project Control Systems: Ensure contractor and District comply with plans and terms.
• Quality Control: Maintain QC processes to meet requirements and customer satisfaction.
